We are currently in the process of securing a group rate for the Hilton Waikoloa Resort where the wedding and activities will be held. We recently secured a group discount, but you may have better options available through packages on the Hilton website, corporate rates or through a travel agent. There are also discounts for AAA/AARP members, which you can select when searching for rooms.

Rooms start from around $200 USD (plus a $25 resort fee per room per night) and go up from there. We know this is a bit steep, so please read below for other nearby accommodation options.
Hilton Grand Vacations Club
Around .8 miles (1.2km) from the Hilton Resort are a range of 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villas that can accommodate up to 6 adults (with a sofa bed). This is technically a separate property than the resort. These villas start at around $359 USD and for a large group, cost less per person than the main resort.

| Hilton Grand Vacations Club Waikoloa |
The advantage of the Hilton Grand Vacations Club is that guests still get access to all of the facilities of the Hilton resort in addition to the pools, tennis courts, and BBQ areas offers on-site at the Vacations Club. Additionally, there is a regular shuttle between the Grand Vacations Club and Hilton Resort, however this only runs until 9 or 10pm.
Please note that the Grand Vacations Club is not right on the water, though it is on a lovely golf course.

Kolea rentals
Around .6 miles (1km) from the resort are two and three bedroom self contained units that can accommodate large families or groups. These condos share a beach club with a pool, gym and shared pavilion.
The unique feature with Kolea is that guests are granted complimentary access to the facilities at Hilton Waikoloa when booking through Waikoloa Vacation Rentals. Keep in mind it is a large property, so we recommend looking at the map when selecting your rental to chose a unit close to the Hilton.

Other options
There are a range of other accommodation options within easy walking distance of the resort where most of the activities will be. These are all self contained units with pools, BBQ areas, spas and other amenities such as a full kitchen. While neither are on the water, the units have great reviews and are much more budget-friendly.
Please note that while you'll still be able to join us at the restaurants and events, we aren't sure if you'll be able to access other facilities such as the pools at the Hilton.
Vista Waikoloa
These self contained units are only half a km (.3 miles) from the resort. There are a handful of 1 bedroom units, but most are 2 bedroom/2 bath sleeping between 4-6.

These are all rented through the owners or various rental properties, so the price differs but ranges from $150 USD/night to $275/night.

Aston Shores Waikoloa
A bit further down the road (.5 mile or just under a km from the Hilton) are the villas and suites at Aston Shores.
Aston Shores has a number of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and villas sleeping between 2-6. The 1 bedroom units start at around $250 US and 2 bedroom units start at $280.
